"I had the best customer service experience! I bought my leather sectional over 6 months ago for a remodel and when I went to put it together, the corner piece was missing the connectors. I contacted Micheal Alan immediately and I told them about the problem. They sent someone out the next morning & he installed the connectors for me. He even helped me arrange the furniture and connected the pieces for me. I really felt like they went above and beyond!!! I will definitely shop there again. And it was nice to know the niceness and relationship didn’t at the time of the sale. Thank you so much."

They immediately sent someone out and within a week told us they would fix it. They picked it up and delivered it back within two days and covered the repair cost which they did not need to do. "Sarah C. is the absolute best Design Associate to work with!! We immediately hit it off and when I described what I wanted (my husband wasn’t with me), she made sure that I took photos and gave me the pricing to take home. My husband and I came back the next day and picked out our beautiful bedroom set and the most comfortable mattress EVER!! When it got delivered, again we had such wonderful Delivery Associates, Bryce and Pat. They installed AND cleaned everything piece of furniture too! Michael Alan Furniture and Design gave us such a great experience, I have no doubt we will be back again!"
