Michael Alan Furniture & Design proudly provides delivery to the Lake Havasu City, Bullhead, and Kingman, Arizona area. We have a team of professional delivery persons trained to carefully get your new purchase in your home on time so you can enjoy. They will fully assemble and move your items so they are just where you want them. Need an old piece taken downstairs or disposed of? No problem, we can do it. Would you like that recliner that is too good to throw away, taken to the auction or donated to a local charity? We'd be happy to do that as well and take care of the paperwork.

We strive for excellence, but we realize that once in a while we do fall short. If for any reason your merchandise is not correct, is damaged, is not assembled correctly, or you are just not happy, please call and make us aware so we can take care of it now!

Delivery FAQs

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY DELIVERY?

Preparing for your delivery:

Have an adult, 18 years of age or older, be present to accept any delivery.
Re-measure to make sure your new furniture will fit in your home.
Clear the room and decide where your new furniture will be placed.
All product arrival dates are tentative and based on manufacturer lead times. If your furniture is not in stock at the time of purchase the delivery date listed on your invoice may vary based on product arrival.

During your delivery: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation, contact our customer service department prior to the delivery installers leaving your home.

You also have the option to pick up your furniture purchase at our local warehouse, free of charge. You will have the option to select delivery or pick-up at checkout.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY FURNITURE PURCHASE?

Preparing for pickup:

Call our Customer Service Department to confirm that your furniture is ready for pick up.
Re-measure to make sure your new furniture will fit in your home.
Make sure your vehicle is large enough to safely transport your new furniture.
Pack rope and blankets to properly secure your new furniture and ensure its safe ride home.Keep in mind that we cannot assist in the securing of your product.
Any person picking up a purchase must present a copy of the enclosed invoice and a photo ID, and either be listed or authorized on the invoice. If the person picking up is not listed on the invoice, please call our Customer Service Department.

While you’re picking up: Please inspect all of your new furniture at the time of pick-up. If there are any items that do not meet your approval please inform the team member assisting you.

ONLINE PURCHASES?

Orders place online will have any applicable delivery charges listed at checkout if the option for Delivery is chosen.

Some delivery options available in store are not available for online orders.

TRACKING DELIVERY?

By entering your phone number or invoice number, you can track your delivery or service appointment. Get a better time frame, see which stop number you are on our route, and even see the service team who will be arriving to your home!
